This quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required upon project commencement. The remaining 50% balance is due before final delivery or file handover. If a project is paused by the client for over 60 days, HKUIUX reserves the right to consider it complete and invoice for the remaining balance.
本報價有效期為發出日起計 30 天。項目確認後，客戶需支付總金額的 50% 作為訂金，項目方會正式啟動；餘下 50% 需於交付前付清。若因客戶原因暫停超過 60 天，本公司有權按既有進度結算並追收餘款。所有已付訂金均不予退還。
Each design phase includes up to 3 rounds of standard revisions (colour, font, image adjustments). Full redesigns or structural changes are not included. Additional revisions or changes after development begins will be billed separately.
每個設計階段包含最多3輪免費修改，範圍限於微調（如顏色、字體、圖片替換）。不包含整體風格或版面推翻重做。開發階段後的設計修改將另行收費。
The client is responsible for providing all required text, images, and media on time. The client warrants that all materials are properly licensed. HKUIUX assumes no liability for copyright disputes arising from client-supplied content.
客戶需按時提供項目所需的文字、圖片及 Logo 等素材。客戶必須確保所有素材擁有合法版權。因客戶提供內容引起的版權糾紛，本公司不負任何法律責任。
HKUIUX retains ownership of all deliverables until full payment is received. Upon final payment, IP rights transfer to the client. HKUIUX reserves the right to feature the work in our portfolio and promotional materials.
在付清所有款項前，所有設計檔及程式碼之知識產權歸 HKUIUX 所有。款項結清後版權移交予客戶。本公司保留將作品用於作品集及宣傳之權利。
Estimated timelines assume timely client feedback. Delays in providing content or approvals will extend the delivery date. In the event of significant delays by HKUIUX (excluding force majeure), we will negotiate a compensation plan.
預估時程基於客戶及時回饋的前提。客戶延遲提供資料或審核，交付日期將順延。因本公司原因導致嚴重延誤（不可抗力因素除外），將與客戶協商補償方案。
Web projects include a 30-day bug-fix warranty post-delivery (excluding new features). HKUIUX is not liable for third-party service issues. Either party may terminate for material breach; fees are settled pro-rata.
網頁開發項目交付後提供30天免費除錯期（不含新增功能）。第三方服務導致的問題，本公司不承擔賠償責任。任一方嚴重違約，另一方有權終止合作，費用按比例結算。
